Hello. My name is Kevin Cashman. I’m just a normal 36 year-old guy who 4 years ago came to the realization that I was not doing enough to take care of my body, physically or mentally and that I needed to do something about it. Not only did I get more physically active, but I also started paying attention to what I was putting into my body.

I went to the doctor for a checkup, something I had been neglecting for nearly a decade. I am now a regular at my dentist office, again something I had been neglecting.

I workout 5-6 times a week. I eat healthy, but not without occassionally indulging in foods I enjoy. I am far more active than I have ever been in my life. I go hiking with my girlfriend, the kids, and our dog. Along with regular weight and cardio training, I have started running. I can now run 10 miles without stopping for rest, something I could never do even in my younger years.

I feel great. Better than I ever have.  I want to share tips and ideas I find and have used with others so that they can enjoy the same eperience I have. I will not only be sharing exercise and diet tips I find and use, but also relevant medical and health articles. The whole idea is to promote a healthier you.
