100 Rep Bicep Workout Finisher

I did this in my workout routine the past two weeks. Holy crap. The next day I felt like I couldn’t lift my arms.

Like Lee says at the end of his video here, it’s a great little addition to your normal workout if you feel like you have hit a plateau.

Don’t be a hero with this one. Go light on the weights. You have a lot of reps left after that first set.
